Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product

Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please provide your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (Cash, Card, Cheque as applicable). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order equipment
  • Items showing signs of use or physical damage caused by the buyer
  • Items returned without prior written approval

5. Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested before the product is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the standard return process applies.
